IT HAPPENED ONE WEDDING DAY…
We’d always wanted to celebrate our wedding at a place we could call our own. So, after several years of planning and a lot of hard work, Laurel Hideaway officially opened for business when we said our marriage vows on May 24th, 2014.
At Laurel Hideaway, we set out to create a truly unique venue that could accommodate up to 300 guests comfortably yet hold smaller groups with the same level of comfort.
WE’RE JUST DOWN THE ROAD A BIT…
Laurel Hideaway is easy to find and near plenty of overnight accommodations. Located just 5 miles (and three turns) from the Pennsylvania Turnpike exit in Donegal, our wedding and event destination is conveniently located near everything the Laurel Highlands has to offer.
Within several short miles, guests can choose between the Log Cabin Inn, Holiday Inn, or the Days Inn. And just a little beyond that you’ll find all kinds of accommodations and activities at Seven Springs Ski Resort (11 miles) and Hidden Valley Resort (8 miles). For larger groups looking to make the most of their memorable weekend stay, mountain homes that accommodate larger groups can be rented as well.
